Accommodation
Note that May 29th is the Monday after Whitsunday (Pinksteren, Pfingsten, Pentecôte), which is a religious holiday in Belgium, Germany, France, and the Netherlands; it is also a school vacation in some countries. This means that prices will be higher, and hotels possibly booked solid closer to the date. We recommend you organize your accommodation as soon as possible.
We have negotiated a special rate for this conference with the Gravensteen Hotel, the Hotel de Flandre, the Ghent River hotel, and the Monasterium hotel (https://www.historic-hotels-ghent.com/en/). If you book a comfort room until 30 March using the key word PIF, you will get a reduced price.
ROXI hotels (https://www.roxi-residence.com) offer a fixed price of 70€/night for double or twin rooms with the promotion code PiF2023.
All offers are dependent on availability.

If you are coming by car, it might be a good idea to book a hotel with parking facilities. The Holiday Inn Express Gent hotel is a little outside of the city centre (4.5 km from the venue), but offers ample parking space. You can easily reach the conference venue in less than 20 minutes via public transport (Tram 4 has a stop at walking distance from the hotel). To book this hotel, please click the link below.
